某轻型卡车车架有限元模态分析

摘要

论述了有限元模型模态分析的理论基础，采用 Hypermesh软件建立了某轻型卡车车架的有限元模型。通过optistruct对该车架进行模态分析，得到了该轻型车架的各阶模态频率和模态特性，并对结果进行分析，验证了该车架布局的合理性，证明了该车架不会和外部激励发生共振。%This article discussed the finite element mode analysis theory ,and built the finite element model of a light truck frame with HyperMesh .The modal frequencies and modal characteristics of the truck frame were calculated by Optistuct .The rationality of the frame design was verified .The frame would not come out resonance with external excitation .
