基于有限元的固体电蓄热装置蓄热模拟及实验

     

摘要

固体电蓄热装置利用低谷电能给贯穿蓄热材料的加热丝加热,蓄热砖体吸收加热丝释放的热量并储存起来,在需要的时候通过换热器换热释放供给热用户。利用有限元对蓄热体温度场进行三维数值模拟,从而得到蓄热体在不同工作时刻的温度分布,并计算了蓄热体通孔直径与固体电蓄热装置热效率之间的关系,对进一步优化固体电蓄热装置的设计与运行具有重要的指导意义。%The solid electric heat storage device uses off-peak power to heat the heating wire ,which is put in the solid electric heat storage device .The regenerative bricks absorb and store the energy released by the heating wire .When the energy is needed ,it is supplied to the user by using thermal transducer .The three-dimensional numerical simulation of the regenerator temperature field is carried out ,and the temperature distribution of the regenerator at different working time is obtained .The relationship between the regenerator hole diameter and thermal efficiency is got . These studies have important guiding significance for the design and operation of the electric heat storage device .
