基于 A utoCAD 二次开发的 BO M 信息自动提取与应用

摘要

在产品研发过程中，为提高产品明细表（BOM 表）的生成效率及准确性，综合运用 AutoCAD与Microsoft Excel软件二次开发、ADO. NET、正则表达式等技术，开发了一套产品明细表自动处理软件。该软件能自动读取产品装配图及焊接图纸明细栏中的产品明细相关信息，并统计其零部件类型与数量，最终输出指定格式的BOM表，以供生产计划部门导入ERP系统。通过实际验证，该软件能够高效、准确地生成产品明细表，能进一步提高产品研发效率。%In research and development process of product ,to improve the efficiency and accuracy of generating BOM ,a BOM automation processing software was developed by the secondary development technology of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel software ,ADO .NET and regular expressions techniques .This software could automatically extract the BOM-related information in the product assembly drawings and welding drawings ,and count the type of parts and calculate their quantities .A final BOM table with specified format was outputted for production planning department to be imported to ERP system .Through the actual verification ,this software can efficiently and accurately generate BOM table to further improve the efficiency of product development .
