薄壁管零件数控车削加工工艺研究

摘要

以薄壁零件“变形管”为研究对象，研究薄壁零件的数控车削加工工艺，并对工装夹具进行优化设计，改善了薄壁管零件的加工变形问题，减少了工件装夹、定位时间，提高了加工效率和精度，使产品的工艺性和经济性得到显著的提高。%This article mainly studied the CNC turning process of thin-walled tube parts ,and optimized the design of fixture ,to re-duce the processing deformation of thin-walled tube parts and improve the processing efficiency .
