在电流变液的电流变效应基础上,改进了剪切模式下的深孔电流变液减振器,对减振器阻尼力公式及影响因素进行了分析,推导出了切削系统动力学模型。由MATLAB软件仿真结果表明:切削系统的阻尼率变化可以通过对电流变液电场强度的改变而快速实现,从而达到抑制切削颤振的目的。%By use of ER phenomenon ,the deep‐hole ER damper based on shear model is improved .The damper’s damping force formula as well as the influencing factors are analyzed ,a dynamics model of cutting system is derived .Simulation results by MATLAB software shows that the ER fluid damper can be very convenient to adjust the damping rate of the system by controlling the electric field strength ,so as to suppress the occurrence of cutting chatter effectively .
