为了提高上药机械手在自动化药房中的上药效率,保证上药系统的稳定性,设计了以PLC为核心的控制系统,既保证了机械手严格按照先后逻辑关系动作,也实现了对其运行过程的监控,提高了控制系统的安全性、稳定性.实际应用结果表明:机械手能够准确、稳定地作业,大幅提高了自动化药房的上药效率.%In order to improve the efficiency of prescription manipulator in the automated pharmacy, guarantee the stability of the prescription system, a control system based on PLC is designed, which can not only ensure the manipulator operation in strict accor-dance with the logical relation, but also realize the monitoring of the operation process.Practical application shows that the manipulator can work stably, and greatly improve the prescription efficiency of the automated pharmacy.
