利用UG首先对板簧闭锁器安装座的两个零件安装板和套筒进行三维建模,然后对两个零件进行焊接结合,最后利用UG的高级仿真模块对焊接结合的安装座进行模态分析,求解出安装座在给定约束下的低阶固有频率.为焊接件的共振频率分析提供了理论计算过程,为设计远离共振破坏提供了理论参考依据.%In this paper, the models of installation board and sleeve of leaf spring locker are built by UG, these two components are connected by welding method in UG, and then a modal analysis of the welded subassembly is conducted in the advanced simulation module of UG to get the low ten-order inherent frequency, which provides a theory calculation process,specific simulation operation process and designing improvement suggestion for the resonant vibration analysis of welded parts.
