一种可调角度的旋转电动工具的设计

This paper introduces a kind of angle-adjustable rotation electric tools, by changing the angle between the hemisphere of input shaft and the hemisphere of output shaft, to make the angle between the input shaft and output shaft change between 0 ° and 90 °.Reading the number of positioning hole, we can get the relative angle between the input shaft and output shaft.The electric tool can meet the requirements of different position work.It is suitable for many occasions which need to corner to process.And the rotating electric tool is convenient in operation, simple in structure, etc.%设计了一种可调角度的旋转电动工具,通过改变输入轴所在输入半球面与输出轴所在输出半球面间的夹角,从而实现电动工具输入轴与输出轴间的夹角在0°~90°之间调节变化;读取压条所在定位孔位置与初始位置之间定位孔的个数,得到输入、输出轴之间的相对夹角.可调角度的旋转电动工具满足不同角度位置具体工作的要求,适合于许多需要转角才能加工的场合,具有作业方便快捷、简易实用、安全可靠等优点.
