介绍了西门子S7-400H冗余系统在高炉上料系统中的应用,结合工程实践介绍了冗余系统的硬件组成和冗余架构设计,其编程简单,组态友好,在减少生产过程中的停车时间和保障高炉稳定顺行增产增效等方面作用明显,具有广阔的应用前景.%This paper introduces the application of SIEMENS S7-400H redundancy system in blast furnace feeding system.Combined with engineering practice,the paper describes the hardware composition,redundant architecture design of the redundant system.Being of simple programming,friendly configuration,the system can guarantee the stability of BF,and improve the production efficiency,and has broad application prospects.
