基于PLC的点火线圈老化测试自动线控制系统

摘要

阐述了点火线圈老化测试的必要性,介绍了基于PLC的点火线圈老化测试系统组成.硬件采用西门子S7-200系列PLC为控制核心,结合现有老化测试设备的结构及当前人工老化测试的流程,设计了一套先进的点火线圈老化测试自动控制系统,从而弥补了点火线圈老化测试自动线控制系统的空白,提高了点火线圈老化测试的速度和精度.%This paper expounds the necessity of aging test of igintion coils,and introduces the system composition of an automatic control system for heat aging test of igintion coils.A SIEMENS S7-200 series PLC is taken as the core of the control system,and the system is combined with the advantages of existing aging test devices,so as to greatly economize manpower and improve the speed and precision of the ignition coil aging test.
