一种采用集中驱动的新型自动售餐机的研制

摘要

In response to market demand ,a new type of vending machine for Chinese food is designed .The vending machine for Chinese food includes lifting and transferring system , trolley driving system , heating system and control system . This machine uses a centralized cargo shipping channel‐driven approach ,innovatively opens the door on the bottom of the microwave oven for the microwave heating ,and achieves the selling of different kinds of combined box by means of mobile payment .Compared with the existing methods ,the control system breaks up the traditional whole box into parts ,the purchase demand of customers is more considered .%为了应对市场需求，设计了一种新型自动售餐机，可完成中式快餐的自动售卖。自动售餐机包括升降横移系统、小车驱动系统、加热系统以及控制系统。本机对货道出货采用了集中驱动的方式，创新地采用了底部开门的微波加热方式，通过移动支付方式，对不同种类的盒饭进行组合售卖。该系统与现有的售餐机相比，将原有的整装盒饭化整为零，更多地考虑了顾客的购买需求，盒饭加热效率更高。
