介绍了虚拟样机技术和机械系统动力学自动分析软件(ADAMS )的基本特点,分析了 ADAMS/View中传统齿轮运动副的不足。基于 ADAMS中齿轮系统虚拟样机模型,在 ADAMS中建立一种等价的、能基本反映传动齿轮副振动模型的齿轮副传动模型。在该传动模型的基础上建立某一多级齿轮传动系统的仿真模型,并进行动态仿真,获得了轴承座动态支反力和齿轮副动态扭矩等。%This paper introduces the virtual prototyping technology and the basic characteristics of dynamics analysis software ADAMS ,and then analyzes the deficiencies of traditional gear pair in ADAMS/View .We establish an equivalent gear pair drive model which can basically reflect the gear pair vibration in ADAMS .Based on the transmission model ,we set up a multi‐stage gear transmission system simulation model ,to conduct dynamic simulation ,and then we obtain dynamic supparting forces of the bearings and the dynamic torque of the gears .
