基于 AME Sim 正面吊臂架差动阀液压系统仿真

摘要

In this paper ,the working principle of the differential valve hydraulic system of reach stacker boom is analyzed ,and the AMESim hydraulic simulation software is applied to modeling ,simulation and analysis of the hydraulic system .It finds out the main reasons for the boom vibration , and puts forward the reasonable solution , to provide the reference for the maintenance and improvement of the system .%对正面吊臂架液压回路的基本工作原理进行了简单的分析研究，并利用AM ESim液压仿真软件对正面吊臂架差动阀液压系统进行建模、仿真与性能分析，找出了引起臂架振动的主要原因，并提出了合理的解决方法，为该系统的维护和改进提供了依据和参考。
