一种新型车轮加工专用刀具

摘要

针对原车轮加工工艺中刀具存在的缺陷，提出了新的加工方法，并设计了专用刀具，大幅度提高了产品的尺寸、位置精度，降低了表面粗糙度。%In accordance with the shortcomings of the original cutting tools used in wheel working technology, this paper introduces a new method of working technology and the new designed built-for-purpose inserted tools. Dimension precision, position precision and roughness of surface of working products are highly improved.
