望远镜式炮口角弯曲度测量仪校准方法的探讨

摘要

火炮身管的各项关键参数的准确测量对修正火炮射击参数、提高射击准确度和准确预测火炮剩余寿命有着关键作用。基于其重要性，文中提出了一种望远镜式炮口角弯曲度测量仪的校准方法，对内分划光轴与校正筒轴线一致性和望远镜的示值误差2项内容进行了校准方法研究，设计了相应的校准系统并利用所设计的校准系统进行了相关试验，进一步证明该校准方案切实可行。%Precise measurement for every key parameter of cannon barrel is vital to adjustment of gun firing parameters, improvement of accuracy of firing and prediction of residual life of cannon. Considering the importance ,a calibration method for measuring apparatus of curvature of telescopic cannon barrel is presented in the paper which studies the calibration methods for both consistency of reticle optical axis and adjusted axial line ,and indication error of telescope. Calibration system is designed and used in relevant test ,which proves the operability of the method.
