双管板蒸汽加热器串漏封堵工艺探讨

摘要

After expansion,any cross leakage inside the double tube-sheet steam heaters matching for Air Separation Units (ASU)may severely impact the molecular sieve regeneration. Therefore ,this paper systematically analyzes the cross leakage inspection and blockage technology of the heaters combining with the author ’s manufacturing experiences.%空分设备用双管板蒸汽加热器内管板胀接后出现的串漏，会严重影响分子筛再生。结合多年的制造经验，就该种加热器的串漏检测与封堵工艺进行系统的分析。
