S7-400系统中S120变频器电柜冷却风扇自动温控的实现

摘要

为实现S7-400 PLC与SINAMICS S120变频器以PROFIBUS通讯协议组成的控制系统中变频器控制电柜的自动温控，采用软件组态、程序设计及硬件电路改善，既保证了变频器正常运行的温度，又不浪费电能。%The control system consists of S7-400 PLC and SINAMICS S120 converter based on PROFIBUS. The software configuration, software design and hardware are used to realize the automatic temperature control of the S120 inverter electric cabinet. The temperature of the converter is ensured in the normal operation, and electricity is saved.
