卧式分离再热器管束支撑结构分析

摘要

Taking the horizontal moisture separator reheater (MSR) of SANMEN Nuclear Power Plant as an example , ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze the the stress and deformation under the static condition and irrigation conditions. The results prove that SANMEN Nuclear Power Plant MSR internal support structure of tube bundle is excellent, the stress and deformation are tiny and within a controllable range. The analysis provides reference for the other MSR design.%以三门核电厂卧式汽水分离再热器（简称MSR）为例，运用ABAQUS有限元软件，对其在静止工况和灌水工况两种情况下的应力和变形进行分析。结果显示，三门核电厂汽水分离再热器内部支撑结构对管束的支撑良好，应力和变形都很小，在可控范围内，可以作为其他汽水分离再热器设计的参考。
