Based on the structural characteristics of an electrical shell ’s concave die, this paper analyzes the machining difficulties and proposes the machining strategy combined with the features of different MasterCAM tool paths. Practice shows that the strategy can optimize the tool paths and solve the machining difficulties. Thus, it guarantees machining accuracy effectively and makes full use of the advantages of NC machining.%根据某电器外壳注塑模凹模零件的结构特点,分析了其加工难点,结合MasterCAM不同刀路的加工特点,提出了加工策略。实践证明,该策略优化了刀具路径,解决了加工难点,有效地保证了零件的加工精度。
