基于PLC的异型管切管机控制系统研究

摘要

介绍异型管切管机的组成及工作原理，可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为控制装置的异型管切割机控制系统的硬件和软件的设计，以及切管机的触摸屏界面设计。切管机的切削加工过程的参数可以通过触摸屏进行设置，并且能够实时地动态显示切割加工过程，从而提高了切割机控制精度和生产效率，也满足控制系统性能要求。%This paper introduces the composition and working principle of the special tube cutting machine, and then introduces the hardware and software of the PLC for the cutting machine control system. Lastly this paper introduces the touch-screen interface design of the sawing machine. The process parameters could be set via the touch-screen and it could dynamically display the cutting process. The control precision and production efficiency are improved.
