怠速车内噪声分析与控制方法研究

摘要

首先论述了控制怠速车内噪声的重要性。介绍怠速车内噪声的产生机理及控制方法。阐述了主要的噪声源识别方法。针对某款车型，对其怠速车内噪声进行分析和控制，分析出其怠速噪声最主要的影响因素是燃油泵及燃油管路带来的结构传播噪声，对燃油泵及燃油管路结构进行优化后车内怠速噪声达到设计指标。总结出影响怠速车内噪声的相关系统的设计指标并进行固化。%This paper presents the importance of idle vehicle interior noise, describes the mechanism and control methods of idle vehicle interior noise, and the main noise source identification methods. The interior noise of one car is studied and concluded that the fuel pump and the fuel line are the car's main noise sources. At last, the systems' design target which influence idle vehicle interior noise is summarized.
