This paper realizes a virtual design from surface part to machine simulation by using UG function of 3D modeling, machining simulation and post-programming. The method can provide cutting trajectory and parameter setting to preparation on the real NC operation on surface.%文中利用成熟的UG三维造型功能、仿真加工功能、及后置处理程序生成功能,实现了从曲面零件产品造型设计到曲面产品仿真加工的虚拟设计过程。节省了编程时间,并为实际加工提供了刀路轨迹和参数设置,为真实的曲面轮廓的数控加工做好了技术准备。
