一种树木涂白机械的设计与分析

摘要

The tree-trunk whitewashing machine,which is made up with mechanical arms,connecting and transmission section, driving and controlling system ,realizes the whitewashing of tree trunk. The simple structure with large ,medium and small sized arms could be used for different diameters tree-trunks in an effective and labour-saving way. It can spray the lime water and evenly outperforms that of the manual work.%介绍了一种树木涂白机械的结构，此结构主要由机械手臂部分，连接传动部分，驱动控制系统组成，实现对树木涂白工作的机械化。该机构结构简单，通过设计大中小3种规格的机械手臂，能够适用各种直径的行道树，且工作效率高，劳动强度低，喷涂石灰水均匀，改善了人工涂白树木的缺点。
