FDM工艺参数对成型制品表面粗糙度影响的研究

摘要

随着熔融沉积（FDM）的进一步应用，制品成型精度成为FDM在工业发展中的关键问题。文中介绍了FDM的工艺原理，阐述了FDM系统中的主要工艺参数，并通过成型设备及实验分析了它们对成型制品表面粗糙度的影响。%With the further application of the fused deposition (FDM),products forming accuracy becomes the key issue of FDM in industrial development.This paper introduces the principle of FDM process ,elaborates the main technological parameters of FDM system.Through the molding equipment and experiment, the influence of molding products on surface roughness are analyzed.
