变径稳定器节流装置失效分析

摘要

By using the chemical analysis and metallographic examination, this paper analyzes the failure of an AGS (Adjustable Gauge Stabilizer) throttling device during the drilling test. The results indicate that the material and heat treatment process satisfy the requirement of design. Unreasonable design structure and low surface hardness are the cause of early fracture.%围绕以企业岗位技能培养为核心，以学生为中心及以自主创新学习为主线的教学改革理念，探索了《金属机械加工》课程的改革实践。根据职业教育培养目标和理论结合实践的要求，文中重整教学资源并提出了基于"模拟企业真实生产课程"的教学改革理念，阐释了"模拟企业真实生产课程"的性质、意义、课程改革的形式、特色、教学难点和教学效果等几个方面。
