根据目前处于油气井开发晚期,杆组合的偏磨现象日益突出,文中采用测试仪测试井内真实受力,并通过相应的修正,编制了一套抽油杆力学分析计算与杆柱优化软件。根据相应的参数,软件计算井内杆柱受力并可以进行杆组合优化设计。实例表明,该软件可以实现相应的功能,并对现场作业起到相应的指导作用。%In view of the current development of oil and gas wells, the eccentric wear of the rod is becoming more and more prominent. We use instrument to test the force, and work out a set of sucker rod mechanics analysis and rod string optimization software using the corresponding correction. According to the corresponding parameters, the software can calculate the force of the rod string in the well and optimize the combination of the rod. Examples show that the software can achieve the corresponding functions, and can play a guiding role in the field.
