基于PFGA的TFT液晶彩屏显示设计

         

摘要

针对传统TFT液晶彩屏显示存在部分不足等问题,基于嵌入式开发平台FPGA提出了一种具有灵活性、高可靠性和低成本的驱动方案,以ALTERA公司的Cyclone IV系列EP4CE30F23C8N作为主要的处理芯片和静态随机存储器SRAM来实现,不仅成本低而且功能丰富,可以根据不同需要定制Intel并行总线接口,SPI接口等非常灵活。并且支持双缓存操作以及读写时序功能操作,可根据用户需求存放图片、汉字库等。实验结果表明LCD显示色彩图像清晰、稳定性好,具有广阔的发展前景。%To solve the defect of traditional TFT-LCD colored display, this paper proposes a new flexible driving solution with high reliability and low cost based on the embedded development platform of FPGA. ALTERA ’s EP4CE30F23C8N of the Cyclone IV series is applied as the main processing chip and static random access memory (SRAM) to achieve the functions, it has the abundant functions and low cost, and can customize Intel bus and SPI interface flexibly according to the different needs of customers. The driving solution can support the dual cache operations and read and write operations of timing functions. The pictures and Chinese character library can be stored according to the user requirement. The results of the LCD display show a clear color images and good stability, and which will have a broad prospects for development.
