This paper uses TRIZ theory to solve some technical problems in the design of a vehicle sludge cleaning device. The problems include poorly effective ultraviolet rays, and large size of the sludge cleaning device which occupies the washing operations space. The results of the design show that the utilization of TRIZ theory can identify the exploration direction of the problem rapidly and accurately, and it also can improve the efficiency of solving these technical problems to obtain a satisfactory effect.%介绍了应用TRIZ理论解决机动车清洗污泥处理装置研发过程中的一些工程技术问题的方法,解决了装置体积大、挤占洗车作业空间多和紫外线照射效果差的问题。设计结果表明,TRIZ理论的运用可快速准确地确定问题的探索方向,加快了解决这些技术问题的效率,取得了较满意的效果。
