链篦机三环减速机传动故障分析与处理实践

摘要

链篦机作为生产球团矿的主要设备，其头轮输入转矩主要通过两台对称安装的三环减速机来完成。如果三环减速机发生故障，将严重影响球团生产。通过对该型减速机原理分析，找出其故障原因并提出解决办法。%　　The chain grate machine as the main equipment for producing pellet,the head wheel input torque is completed through two symmetrically installed a three-ring reducer. If a three-ring reducer failure occurs,it will seriously affect the production of pellets. This article analyzes the reducer principle,finds out the fault reason and proposes solutions.
