基于LabVIEW的视觉检测系统软件框架设计

摘要

机器视觉检测系统通过采集目标图像，并对获取的图像进行处理、分析，从而获取目标的信息并产生相应的执行动作。针对典型视觉检测系统包含的相机（工作平台）运动控制、图像采集、图像处理以及执行机构动作控制等基本功能的实现，描述了一种在LabVIEW环境下实现上述功能的视觉检测系统软件框架设计。%Machine vision inspection system through image acquisition,processes and analyzes the obtained information of inspected object and then sends command to the actuator according to the inspection result. Be aimed at the implementation of the basic functions of machine vision inspection system that include camera (workbench) motion control、image acquisition、image processing and actuator control,this article describes a design of software framework to meet the above requirements based on LabVIEW.
