继电保护装置运行状态量化评估方法研究

摘要

Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to carry out quantitative evaluation of secondary equipments’ running status,this paper build the parameters model of protective relays,the model of deterioration calculation and the model of weight calculation,thus forming a quantitative evaluation method of protective relays’ status. Example shows that the quantitative assessment results obtained by this method can reflect the relays operating conditions well. The results of assessment could provide a scientific basis for equipment condition-based maintenance and risk assessments,etc.%　　针对电力系统中继电保护装置等二次设备的运行状态难以开展量化评估等问题，在构建继电保护装置状态评价参量模型的基础上，利用劣化度计算模型和权重计算模型对状态参量运行信息进行评价和计算，形成一种继电保护装置状态量化评估方法。实例证明，应用该方法得到的量化评估结果可以良好地反映继电保护装置当前的运行工况以及运行状态的变化规律，可以为继电保护装置的状态检修、风险量化评估等工作提供数据支撑。
