自动售检票系统（AFC系统）广泛应用在城市轨道交通中，它直接服务于乘客，设备的状态直接影响着城市轨道交通的服务水平和乘客满意度。目前广州地铁已开通的八条线路有5000多台AFC设备，由于AFC设备的使用量大，操作用户较广，针对设备的故障数量较多，为提高维修响应的效率，减少工作人员的工作量，专业组技术人员开发了一套AFC设备的自动报故障系统，实现设备自动向维修人员报送故障提醒信息的功能。维修人员和维修调度能及时了解设备故障情况，在故障处理中占据主动，对提高AFC系统故障处理效率起到重要作用，进一步提高设备服务水平。%Automatic Fare Collection System (AFC System) has been widely utilized in urban rail transit. Since passengers will directly have approach to this system, the condition of facility will have high impact on service quality and passengers satisfaction. Nowadays there are more than 5000 AFC equipments allocated among Guangzhou metro stations. With frequent usage by a large number of customers, equipment failures are witnessed regularly. In order to improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance and reduce staff workload, a set of auto failure alarm system has been developed to inform maintenance personnel of AFC equipment failure. This alarm system will enable maintenance personnel and dispatcher be aware of the situation and handle failures promptly. Besides,it also play an important role in enhancing troubleshooting efficiency as well as equipment service quality.
