摘要

Electromechanical integration training equipment is mainly used for the relevant control system of electromechanical integration training,it covers some control devices commonly used in the industry today,can realize the control of the basic functions. Mainly used for teaching and training. With respect to traditional teaching equipment, electromechanical integration training equipment is small in size, but fully equipped, including the internal mechanical structure commonly used in industrial production line such as cylinder, stepper motors,DC motors and other components. The users can clearly see the entire process control action in the training process,more easily to understand the mechanical and electrical integration of process control.%开发了机电一体化教学培训设备，主要用于机电一体化相关控制系统的培训，它涵盖了当今工业中常用的一些控制元件，可以实现比较基础的控制功能，主要用于基础教学与培训。相对于传统的教学设备，机电一体化教学培训设备体积小，但是设备齐全，内部包括工业生产线中常用的机械结构如气缸、步进电机、直流电机等元件。在培训过程中能直观地看到整个控制过程的动作，学员能更容易理解机电一体化的控制过程。
