不同的电梯公司,承重布置结构不同,对承重梁的固定方式就不同,现在大多数厂家将模型设计为简支梁,而实际安装过程中将承重梁变成两端固定模型。以12 t电梯为例,利用ANSYS12.0对不同固定方式的承重模型进行计算和分析,来比较不同固定方式对承重梁强度、刚度的影响,施工单位可根据分析结果和自身实际情况进行合理施工。%Different structures of load-bearing beams have different fix method to simplify in many elevator companies. Most manufacturers now simplify the model into simply supported beam, while both ends bearing beam model instead in actual installation process. In this paper,taking the 12t elevator for example,strength and stiffness were calculated by means of ANSYS12.0 in different fixation methods of load-bearing beams, and the effect on the load-bearing beams from two fix method was compared. Therefore the construction unit can choose proper ways of construction according to the analysis results and their own actual situation.
