基于MEMS三维角度测量系统

摘要

The measurement of the angle in a variety of measurement and control system is very important, widely used, measuring method for angle and equipment more, different principles, but the ultimate goal is to measure angle to achieve low cost, high stability, high accuracy requirements. This paper introduces the AVR Series MCU produced by et Mel company as control core, three-dimensional angle with a three axis accelerometer ADXL345 chips and liquid crystal LCD1604 component measurement system, the system can display the 3D angle stable measurement object value, has the advantages of small size, high precision, stable performance, convenient use etc.%角度的测量在各种测控系统中的十分重要，应用广泛，针对角度的测量方法与设备较多，原理各异，但最终的目标都是能够以低成本、高稳定性、高精度的要求实现角度的测量。以艾特梅尔公司生产的AVR系列单片机为控制核心，搭配三轴加速度计ADXL345芯片和液晶LCD1604等器件构成的三维角度测量系统，该系统能稳定的测量显示物体的三维角度值，具有体积小、精度高、性能稳定、使用方便等优点。
