基于AHP的中低压配电网基建项目优选模型研究

         

摘要

针对广州中低压配电网基建项目特点,提出了基于层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)的优选方法,根据AHP体系及项目分类,通过德尔菲法确定了各类项目及每项指标的优选权重,形成适用于广州配电网的基建项目优选模型,进而利用oracle数据库开发广州供电局中低压配电网项目综合评价优选系统.并利用广州供电局年度中压配电网实际情况对所提出的方法和模型进行实证研究加以验证.结果表明,该模型可以实现同类、跨类别项目比选,将电网急需和效益显著的项目优选出来,有效指导中低压配电网的建设改造.%To MV and LV distribution network in Guangzhou for infrastructure projects, proposed a preferred method based on AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP). According to the AHP system and project classification, the project type and the weight of each indicator is determined by the Delphi method, forming preferred model grid suitable for infrastructure projects in Guangzhou. And then oracle database is developed in Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau MV and LV distribution network project evaluation system. The proposed medium voltage distribution network situation in Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau is used to verify the proposed method. The results show that the model can fit all categories of project selection, to select the project urgently needed with the most benefits, effectively guiding the low voltage distribution grid construction and transformation.
