Trolley power supply is widely used in the factory which manufactures the complete set of low-voltage equipment. It is taken as a research object for promoting the optimal designing in this article. The Electrical Schematic of the trolley power supply and its electrical properties are analyzed. Optimal designing methods are discussed from the view of relay protection of the core device. The primary circuit optimal designing scheme and the secondary circuit optimal designing scheme are offered. The purpose is to remove the hazard of the equipment damage in the using procedure and to improve the reliability.%以低压成套设备生产企业中广泛应用的手车式配电柜为优化设计对象,在原有设计的基础上分析了关键设备——三相调压器的电气特性,从对关键设备过载保护的角度出发探讨了实施优化设计的方法,提出了一、二次回路设计方案,以消除台车在使用过程因潜在的过负荷现象造成的不利影响,进一步提高台车设备的可靠性。
