一起35 kV开关柜内部起火故障分析

摘要

Possible reasons for the fire of the insulation cover, installed on the static contact of the grounding knife-switch in the 35kV switch cabinet, were analyzed and verified. The results show that the insulation barriers fall down on the insulation cover because of the bracket breakage,which causes the fire of the cover. So the root cause of this fire fault is that the installation base of the swich cabinet is not good. Finally the lessons learned from the accidient are summarized and suggestions of avoiding such accidient are proposed,to make the operation of the swich cabinet more reliable.%针对一起35 kV开关柜内接地刀闸静桩头处的绝缘罩起火问题，分析和验证了可能引起故障的各种原因。结果表明故障的直接原因是绝缘挡板支架断裂导致挡板散落并倾覆在绝缘罩，造成此处电场改变而发生放电最终引燃了绝缘罩。而开关柜的安装基础存在问题造成了支架断裂是引起此次故障的根本原因。最后总结了事故的经验和教训，提出了避免同类故障再次发生的防范措施，提高开关柜运行可靠性。
