试论矿山机电安全管理常见问题及措施

摘要

This paper mainly analyzes the mine electrical safety management currently exist many problems such as mechanical and elec⁃trical overload,electromechanical management personnel quality is poor,and puts forward the suggestions to solve the problems such as speeding up the mining machinery technology research,strengthen the work of staff training etc. Through the research on these common problems and solutions,it can eliminate the hidden trouble in the electromechanical safety of mining enterprises,ensure the safety pro⁃duction and improve the economic benefit of enterprises.%主要分析了矿山机电安全管理目前存在许多问题如机电自身长期超负荷运转，机电管理人员素质较差等，并提出了解决问题的建议如加快矿山机械技术研究，加强职工技术培训工作等。通过对这些常见问题及解决途径的研究，能够消除矿山企业机电安全工作中的隐患，保障安全生产，提高企业经济效益。
