VRV空调系统模块化室外机接管保温施工技术

摘要

In order to reduce the destruction of the installation effects of the outdoor unit and its pipe on the building exterior environment, then on the base of the traditional construction technology, the technology of comprehensive arrangement of pipelines is used to arrange pipelines' installation route and method reasonably, while the Aluminum shell is used to package modular outdoor unit's pipelines. It improves the thermal forming effect,and extends the operational life of the system,it also achieves the harmonious and beautiful effects of building's appearance. The thermal construction technology of modular outdoor unit pipelines of the VRV air-conditioning system is a kind of practical,model green construction technology.%为了减少明装室外机及接管安装对建筑外观环境整体美感的破坏，在传统的VRV空调系统模块化室外机接管保温施工技术的基础上，采用综合管线布置技术，合理布置管线安装路径和安装方式，同时采用铝板护壳包裹模块化室外机接管，有效地提高了室外明装接管包管保温后成型效果，延长了系统运行寿命，实现建筑外观整体和谐、美观的效果。
