减少煤矿'一通三防'事故的对策

Coal mine accident prevention has always been an important content of the construction of coal mine industry. In the construction of coal mine safety, "one ventilation and three preventions" technique is a more commonly used technical means, and the effect of accidents prevention is also good. This article focused on the"one ventilation and three preventions"technique and its application in coal-mining process, and brought forward response to reduce coal mine"a ventilation and three preventions"accident.%煤矿的事故预防一直以来都是煤矿产业建设中的重要内容，我国还专门成立了煤炭科学研究总院对煤矿安全事故的预防进行了规定。在煤矿的安全建设中，“一通三防”技术是一种较为常用的技术手段，并且在事故的预防效果上也较好。因此，着重研究了“一通三防”技术在煤矿开采过程中的应用情况，并提出了减少煤矿“一通三防”事故的对策。
