基于物联网的精密铰链智能制造系统

         

摘要

在两化融合的背景下,以构建智慧工厂为目标,借助物联网技术对制造业生产流程进行全方位科学的管控来实现技术、产品、业务和产业的深度融合。针对精密门窗铰链制造的工序离散型程度大、品种规格多等特点,设计了基于物联网的智能制造系统。系统基于SOA架构,采用SQL数据库,应用RFID技术把人、机、料接入物联网,通过UDP通信协议实现在制品实时生产信息与服务器数据库数据的交互。系统在铰链制造过程中实时记录了每个工件所经过的生产流程、工位和操作人员,并通过对设备仪器采集的数据进行采集分析,管理人员可以清楚的掌握所有工件的实时生产信息,并对产品质量和生产排程做出实时性的追踪与管控。%Under the background of the integration of information technology and industrialization, a new type of manufacturing manages the production process to realize the integration of technology, product, business and industry by using electronic information technology. As for the discreteness of process and diversity of the production of hinges, a production management system is developed based on Internet of things by using SQL technology taking the SOA architecture. The intelligent production management system communicates with the server through the UDP protocol to send and receive the massage from production while using RFID to connect the people, machines and materials with the Internet. The production process and worker was recorded by this system. Through analyzing the information from instruments and meters, managers can obtain the condition on the first time and track the quality and control the production scheduling as soon as possible.
