PLC在离子风刀设备改造中的应用

摘要

PLC可编程控制器具有功能强、可扩展性、抗干扰能力强、运行控制可靠等优点在工业控制领域得到了广泛的应用。主要介绍以PLC为核心部件对企业的离子风刀除静电装置进行改造，并设计了离子风机除静电装置PLC的硬件电路和软件控制程序，提高了设备生产率，降低了设备故障率与维修成本。%PLC programmable controller has the advantages of strong function, scalability, anti-interference ability, reliable operation and so on. It has been widely used in the field of industrial control. In this paper, we mainly introduce the PLC as the core component of enterprise ion air knife antistatic device transformation, and the design of the ion wind machine in addition to electrostatic device PLC hardware circuit and software control program to improve the productivity of equipment, reduce the equipment failure rate and maintenance cost.
