低压断路器机械寿命试验探讨

摘要

First this paper given a brief introduction to mechanical endurance test of low-voltage circuit-breaker,then given principle of test which base on Siemens LOGO!, programmed control procedures with software LOGO! Soft Comfort. Combined with years of trial experience in mechanical endurance test, to gather statistics of failure phenomena, analyze the causes and given solutions. Hope it will give some help to the people who work in low-voltage appraratus.%首先简单介绍了低压断路器的机械寿命试验，给出以西门子LOGO！为核心的试验原理，用LOGO！ Soft Comfort软件编写控制程序，再结合多年的试验经验统计机械寿命试验失败的现象，分析原因并给出解决方法，希望能对低压电器研发、生产、质检人员有所帮助。
