立环高梯度磁选机磁系结构优化及改进

         

摘要

Changed the symmetry magnetic system structure (overflow outlet located outside of the magnetic wrap angle) to asymmetric magnetic system structure (overflow outlet is located in the corners of the magnetic wrap angle) can enhance the background magnetic flux density of the overflow outlet. Effectively reducing the shedding of the weakly magnetic minerals because of the action of water in the overflow outlet. The improved magnetic system structure all of discharge outlet are located in the lower magnetic system, the upper magnetic system have no open channel flow, reduced dripping and sputtering. Currently this magnetic system structure has large-scale applications in industry,equipment performance and beneficiation indicators has improved significantly.%将对称结构磁系(溢流出口位于磁包角之外)改为非对称结构磁系(溢流出口位于磁包角之内),提高了溢流出口处的背景磁感应强度,有效降低了因水流作用造成弱磁性矿物在溢流出口处的脱落。改进后的磁系结构全部的排矿出口都位于磁系的下部,磁系上部不会有敞开式的水流通道,减少了滴漏及溅射。目前此种磁系结构已经在工业上大规模应用,设备的性能及选矿指标都有了明显的改善。
