液晶模组MTP自动检测设备中的视觉对位

摘要

LCD module are introduced in the production of the COG, FOG, FPC welding process after the process of making electricity detection module is MTP test process. MTP in the LCD module production were introduced in this paper the key technology of automatic test technology-visual alignment technique. To replace manual, improve the stability of MTP test reliability, using visual counterpoint in MTP automatic test equipment, has realized the original design requirements.%介绍了液晶模组生产中对经过COG、FOG、FPC焊接等工艺后的模组进行通电检测的工艺就是MTP测试工艺。本文主要介绍液晶模组生产中MTP自动测试工艺中的关键技术-视觉对位技术。为替代人工，提高MTP测试的稳定可靠性，在MTP自动测试设备中使用视觉对位，实现了最初的设计要求。
