基于PLC的船用柴油发电机控制系统的设计

             

摘要

With the development of the marine transportation, the use of diesel generators is becoming more common. But some problems of diesel engine itself will cause the output voltage unstable, so it is necessary to monitor the movement process of the generator. The programmable controller has been widely used because of its many superiority. In this paper, a PLC program was designed by use of S7-200 aimed at detect each main link of diesel generator. The results show that through detect each link of starting and running the instability of diesel generators significantly reduced.%随着海洋运输业的发展,柴油发电机的使用越来越普遍,但柴油机本身的一些问题会引起输出电压不稳定,因此有必要对柴油机运行过程进行监控。而可编程序控制器(PLC)因其众多优越性得到了广泛运用。利用S7-200软件编制一套PLC程序,旨在对柴油发电机的各个主要环节进行控制。结果表明,通过对起动、运行中各个环节的监控,柴油发电机的不稳定性显著降低。
