一种全自动高比容低压腐蚀生产线的研究

摘要

This paper introduces the status quo of the existing low-pressure corrosion production line, studied a fully automated high hematocrit and low voltage etching production line solutions, by improving the structure of the graphite plate and the use of variable frequency power supply, greatly improved product quality and production efficiency of the production line.%主要介绍了现有低压腐蚀生产线的现状，研究了一种全自动高比容低压腐蚀生产线的方案，通过改进石墨板的结构和使用变频电源，大大提高了生产线的产品质量和生产效率。
