顶升钢平台模架体液压控制系统的设计

摘要

Aimed at the Shenyang Huaqiang 1# building project steel platform frame jacking control requirements, design a through the proportional valve to achieve ten cylinder synchronous hydraulic control system. Lifting action is completed by the automatic control system, the operator only needs to set the height of each action on the screen, and then press the start button, the control system is simple and convenient,easy to master.%针对沈阳华强1#楼项目的钢平台模架体顶升控制要求，设计了一个通过比例阀实现十缸同步的液压控制系统。顶升动作全部由自动控制系统完成，操作人员只需在屏幕上设置每次动作的高度，然后按下启动按钮，控制系统简单方便，易掌握。
