基于PLC控制的宠物笼自动化装配

摘要

针对宠物笼系列产品的半成品装配的工序进行系统的自动化改造。在宠物笼制作生产这个行业，传统的半成品装配制作工艺靠人工用铁锤敲打装配，或手工用平口钳一个个装配，效率较低，通过PLC控制机械模块用液压来进行装配，不仅提高了效率，而且还节约了成本。%This paper is about the assembly of the product in the pet cage series of the automatic transformation of the system. In the industry of the pet cage production, the traditional semi-finished products assembled by artificial hammer assembly,or handmade assembly with a flat nose pliers one by one, the efficiency which of is low. Through the PLC control mechanical module by hydraulic pressure assembly, not only improving the efficiency, but also saving the cost.
